Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thaddäus Gehrcke got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of FC Saufhampton booed when Adidas SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flemming Amelung didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Folke Hasse dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Achim Uhrig, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Thaddäus Gehrcke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adidas SV's supporters rose to their feet, but Thaddäus Gehrcke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Leihkauf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xerxes Graeßner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thaddäus Gehrcke got in the 11th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Torsten Leihkauf handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Adidas SV's zone, Folke Hasse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Achim Uhrig came out of the goal and Folke Hasse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Folke Hasse could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Achim Uhrig however easily saved by the left post. Folke Hasse blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Achim Uhrig having to make a save. Folke Hasse's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Achim Uhrig firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Adidas SV's Achim Uhrig got control of the ball when Folke Hasse tried to sneak it across the goal line. Folke Hasse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achim Uhrig having to interfere. Torsten Leihkauf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thaddäus Gehrcke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Folke Hasse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Achim Uhrig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Adidas SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oswald Pless to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th match minute, Adidas SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flemming Amelung to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Folke Hasse could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Achim Uhrig however easily saved by the left post. Adidas SV's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Marco Lüpke scored to the left of an out of position Achim Uhrig, making the score, 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco Lüpke to strike the kick off in the second half. Marco Lüpke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Achim Uhrig having to make a save. In the 52nd minute, Marco Lüpke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Achim Uhrig was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Marco Lüpke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Folke Hasse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Lüpke might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Achim Uhrig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Lüpke ran back to his position shaking his head. After 65 played minutes FC Saufhampton got a freekick which was hit by Adnan Sann. If Folke Hasse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folke Hasse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achim Uhrig having to interfere. Folke Hasse blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Achim Uhrig having to make a save. In the 79thth minute of the game Marco Lüpke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Adidas SV's Achim Uhrig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Folke Hasse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Marco Lüpke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achim Uhrig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Folke Hasse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Achim Uhrig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Lüpke in the 85th minute of play. Achim Uhrig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Folke Hasse's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. If Adnan Sann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Saufhampton fully deserved thier win.
