In the 3rd minute, Meyershof's Tobias Sprenger dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. FC SCHALKE 04's Samuel Scheck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias W Kleber in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias W Kleber in the 9th minute of play forced FC SCHALKE 04's goalkeeper Samuel Scheck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tobias Sprenger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Matthias W Kleber's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel Scheck was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 18th minute Meyershof were awarded a corner. Matthias W Kleber went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Meyershof's Björn Störmer getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Samuel Scheck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias W Kleber in the 21st minute of play. Luigi Trompeter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Scheck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias W Kleber, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Samuel Scheck was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Matthias W Kleber capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Matthias W Kleber really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. With an all-out effort, Meyershof's Samuel Scheck threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matthias W Kleber, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matthias W Kleber in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Scheck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samuel Scheck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luigi Trompeter in the 35th minute. FC SCHALKE 04's Samuel Scheck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias W Kleber in the 37th minute of play. Samuel Scheck made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Luigi Trompeter sent off a good shot on target. 40 minutes into the match, Luigi Trompeter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuel Scheck. FC SCHALKE 04's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luigi Trompeter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Samuel Scheck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias W Kleber in the 43rd minute of the match.

Matthias W Kleber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stefan Lieser kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. If Luigi Trompeter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 56 minutes, Matthias W Kleber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meyershof's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matthias W Kleber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC SCHALKE 04's Samuel Scheck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luigi Trompeter in the 59th minute of play. Matthias W Kleber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Samuel Scheck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, FC SCHALKE 04's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Sprenger came free, but Samuel Scheck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66thth minute of the game Luigi Trompeter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC SCHALKE 04's Samuel Scheck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 69th minute, Matthias W Kleber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meyershof fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Samuel Scheck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias W Kleber, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Meyershof's Matthias W Kleber got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC SCHALKE 04's Rainer Eichel got a free kick in the 77th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Matthias W Kleber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meyershof's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthias W Kleber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Scheck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tobias Sprenger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Loris Jägel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tobias Sprenger struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Samuel Scheck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meyershof. Tobias Sprenger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Scheck having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in FC SCHALKE 04's zone, Matthias W Kleber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Scheck came out of the goal and Matthias W Kleber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the match, Luigi Trompeter notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of FC SCHALKE 04's Samuel Scheck. Samuel Scheck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Samuel Scheck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luigi Trompeter in the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Meyershof were the better team. Meyershof's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
