When Dag Hackel came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the DuDeS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dag Hackel couldn't finish the play. Ulfert Brindel kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. USAK SPOR 1979's Bernd Kraatz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 8th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Adrien Kraus but with some difficulty. In the 23rd minute, Friedrich Hog-Heidel made a precise shot to the right of Adrien Kraus. DuDeS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 26th minute, DuDeS's Günter Rabe seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Günter Rabe the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DuDeS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Günter Rabe had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of DuDeS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of USAK SPOR 1979:s goal. Okke Jastrzembowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Häfner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dag Hackel came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the DuDeS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dag Hackel couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the match, Dag Hackel notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of USAK SPOR 1979's Okke Jastrzembowski. Okke Jastrzembowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adrien Kraus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karsten Damerau, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Paul Häfner made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rigo Noebels in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrien Kraus saved DuDeS from getting behind. Ulfert Brindel's late challenge caught a USAK SPOR 1979's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulfert Brindel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, DuDeS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulfert Brindel to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, Karsten Damerau had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrien Kraus. DuDeS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karsten Damerau was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Okke Jastrzembowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Paul Häfner came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the DuDeS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Häfner couldn't finish the play. After 72 played minutes DuDeS got a freekick which was hit by Guntram Gläßel. Adrien Kraus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigo Noebels in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burt Klösters in the 75th minute of play forced DuDeS's goalkeeper Adrien Kraus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrien Kraus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigo Noebels, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Ben Sikirski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Okke Jastrzembowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dag Hackel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 87 minutes into the game, Paul Häfner recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Okke Jastrzembowski. Paul Häfner showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. After having played for 94 minutes, Ben Sikirski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DuDeS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ben Sikirski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Okke Jastrzembowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Häfner, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, USAK SPOR 1979 could leave the field as winners, despite DuDeS having more of the ball for most of the match.
