The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Simon Houdelet did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Anselm Banken 8 minutes into the match. After 10 played minutes Käseburg got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Blum. Gabriel Bolz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arp Schürhoff in the 13th minute of play. Simon Houdelet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 played minutes, Käseburg's Esra Ballwanz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anselm Banken came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Käseburg reached it. If Andi Dowe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andi Dowe in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Bolz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind POLONIA Proskau's goalkeeper Anselm Banken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anselm Banken was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Simon Houdelet showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. When Käseburg's Simon Houdelet in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye POLONIA Proskau's goalie prevented a goal. In the 46th minute, Simon Houdelet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Käseburg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simon Houdelet made a kick off. Simon Houdelet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Reinhard Heberer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Bolz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andi Dowe in the 75th minute. Andi Dowe was extremely unlucky when he, in the 81st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Käseburg's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Arp Schürhoff 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. A collision led to Käseburg getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Hemmo Schulcz hit a great ball. Oliver Blum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Anselm Banken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. POLONIA Proskau's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
