Viersen FC's Heidrich Molling quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some careless play in the Ollacker defense, Heidrich Molling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toni Das. The Ollacker fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toni Das should have stopped the shot. After 7 minutes, Sönke Altherr mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ollacker and the Viersen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ollacker's Sönke Altherr got a free kick in the 7th minute. Toni Das made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Heidrich Molling sent off a good shot on target. In the 10thth minute of the game Rafael Rump who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ollacker's Toni Das was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 11 in the game by Matthias Dunz from a close distance when the talented Toni Das managed to make a qualified save. Ollacker's players were relieved. Anton Willig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Mattheis, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafael Rump during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Rafael Rump hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toni Das stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Rump's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Ollacker getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ulf Zapf hit a great ball. Enak Zeh's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Toni Das skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Matthias Dunz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toni Das having to make a save. Toni Das stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heidrich Molling's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Anton Willig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wolffram Boedefeld, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 44 minutes, Matthias Dunz made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ollacker's Toni Das tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ollacker's Toni Das proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Ollacker from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Rafael Rump made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Viersen FC's zone, Hugo Mattheis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anton Willig came out of the goal and Hugo Mattheis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the game, Viersen FC's Heidrich Molling nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toni Das made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 58th minute, one of Viersen FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Viersen FC. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, Ollacker's Olaf Scheffold got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Anton Willig. Enak Zeh kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute of the match Olaf Scheffold sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anton Willig skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Mattheis got free with Anton Willig in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alexander Graf kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Wolffram Boedefeld struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Anton Willig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ollacker. In the 76th minute of the match Konrad Klöckner shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anton Willig showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Viersen FC's Enak Zeh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Toni Das narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enak Zeh struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Toni Das didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viersen FC. After 92 minutes of play, Viersen FC's Heidrich Molling made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toni Das was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafael Rump kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Viersen FC's Anton Willig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fritz Ernst Godescheit in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that Viersen FC were the better team. Viersen FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
