Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kees Seyller started the match with the kick off. Ikendorf's Ivica Manes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corvin Kreissler in the 4th minute of play. Robert Laukenmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Robert Laukenmann, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 7 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ivica Manes was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Robert Laukenmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivica Manes having to interfere. Kees Seyller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erik Kastner's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Boubacar Ofori skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Corvin Kreissler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivica Manes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Laukenmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Olav Steinki kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The supporters of Ikendorf booed when TB Richen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boris Zapf didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ikendorf's Kees Seyller in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TB Richen's goalie prevented a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robert Laukenmann to strike the kick off in the second half. Erik Kastner took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boubacar Ofori. Boubacar Ofori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Erik Kastner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ikendorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Kastner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boubacar Ofori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th match minute, TB Richen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Volker Labsch to maneuver through the defense. Erik Kastner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Boubacar Ofori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Laukenmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivica Manes having to interfere. Robert Laukenmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivica Manes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Laukenmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivica Manes was a little too slow when Robert Laukenmann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-1. Erik Kastner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Boubacar Ofori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
