Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rafael Rump took the kick off in the first half of the match. Viersen FC's Anton Willig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovane Prewo in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Rafael Rump got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neuenhammer's Heinrich Kolpers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Neuenhammer from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute Rafael Rump shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heinrich Kolpers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute of the match Viersen FC got a corner. Neuenhammer's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Heidrich Molling ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 12th minute, Matthias Dunz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Heinrich Kolpers. The goal made the score 1-0. After a rather tough play, Neuenhammer's Valentin Kopplin got a free kick in the 15th minute. Viersen FC's Heidrich Molling got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentin Kopplin during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Valentin Kopplin kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. If Heidrich Molling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Neuenhammer's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Rafael Rump scored to the left of an out of position Heinrich Kolpers, making the score, 2-0. 25 minutes in the game, Matthias Dunz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Heinrich Kolpers having to interfere. Heinrich Kolpers was a little too slow when Heidrich Molling got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 3-0. 30 minutes into the game, Giovane Prewo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Neuenhammer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Viersen FC the free kick. In the 30th minute, Giovane Prewo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute of the match Viersen FC got a corner. Neuenhammer's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Heidrich Molling ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Matthias Dunz drilling the ball in to score 4-0 behind Neuenhammer's goalkeeper. After having played for 36 minutes, Renato Jourdan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viersen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Jourdan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Viersen FC's Ferdinand Ammermann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Heinrich Kolpers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. A hard shot 40 in the game by Renato Jourdan from a close distance when the talented Heinrich Kolpers managed to make a qualified save. Neuenhammer's players were relieved. 42 minutes into the match, Neuenhammer's goalkeeper Heinrich Kolpers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthias Dunz. Rafael Rumps short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Heinrich Kolpers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Heinrich Kolpers managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Viersen FC's Matthias Dunz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

After a rather tough play, Viersen FC's Ricky Kraus got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Giovane Prewo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Neuenhammer's zone, Renato Jourdan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heinrich Kolpers came out of the goal and Renato Jourdan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heidrich Molling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Heinrich Kolpers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Rump, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Heidrich Molling took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heinrich Kolpers. Heinrich Kolpers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Jona Cosini hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Rafael Rump charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafael Rump the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th minute, Rafael Rump hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Neuenhammer's goal looked a bit too open when Ricky Kraus came free, but Heinrich Kolpers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Renato Jourdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heidrich Molling kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovane Prewo in the 74th minute of play forced Viersen FC's goalkeeper Anton Willig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Rump sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Renato Jourdan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viersen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Heinrich Kolpers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Rump, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Kopplin got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 82nd match minute, Neuenhammer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Kopplin to maneuver through the defense. Neuenhammer's Heinrich Kolpers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heidrich Molling in the 84th minute of play. Heinrich Kolpers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Rump, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heinrich Kolpers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Rafael Rump shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heinrich Kolpers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gottfried Kluttig kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Viersen FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
