Heringskoop FC's Luis Kaiwesch got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Heringskoop FC's Frank Drechsler suffered a concussion after 29 minutes and had to leave the field. Henning Heffungs kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. German Patriots's Torben Kühner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save German Patriots from getting a goal against them. Figen Gowinkowsky got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Heringskoop FC booed when German Patriots was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Figen Gowinkowsky didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torben Kühner made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Ole Borgwardt sent off a good shot on target. Ole Borgwardt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ole Borgwardt to strike the kick off in the second half. Niko Krüger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dietrich Franken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of German Patriots booed when Heringskoop FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ole Borgwardt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bob Kampeter hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. A collision led to Heringskoop FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Lukas Nordmann hit a great ball. Torben Kühner came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Heringskoop FC's Ole Borgwardt. But to his dismay, Ole Borgwardt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ole Borgwardt in the 69th minute of play forced German Patriots's goalkeeper Torben Kühner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Kaiwesch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torben Kühner having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Ole Borgwardt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heringskoop FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ole Borgwardt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torben Kühner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicholas Deutsch kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. A hard shot by Eugen Warnat from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Dietrich Franken's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Niko Krüger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Dietrich Franken made a huge save. If Ole Borgwardt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Kaiwesch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Henning Heffungs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the game, Roman Lamowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Heringskoop FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave German Patriots the free kick. A collision led to Heringskoop FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Roman Lamowski hit a great ball. The supporters of Heringskoop FC booed when German Patriots was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bob Kampeter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torben Kühner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicholas Deutsch in the 92nd minute of play. Heringskoop FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andreas Hofelich in the 94th minute.
