The Teufelsbande Windsbach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Willem Tauscher should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the match, SG LaOla Bielefeld's goal looked a bit too open when Werner Rossmann came free, but Erik Büttner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristian Willem Tauscher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Hatterscheid, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfons Zerres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Johannes Hatterscheid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute, Werner Rossmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
