The Finne fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Finne's Frederico Mühlenhaupt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Frederico Mühlenhaupt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finne's supporters rose to their feet, but Frederico Mühlenhaupt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitrios Dirkes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dimitrios Dirkes came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Finne's Alexander Pfahl. But to his dismay, Alexander Pfahl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frederico Mühlenhaupt in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dimitrios Dirkes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonas Naud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitrios Dirkes having to interfere. After 24th play minutes Frederico Mühlenhaupt shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Dimitrios Dirkes and just under the crossbar into goal. Ramon Schulte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Yilmaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Kaspar Schiefer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 played minutes Finne got a freekick which was hit by Tibor Kaempfe. Perez Stegelmeier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ramon Schulte. Finne's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dimitrios Dirkes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Mühlenhaupt in the 37th minute of play. When Finne's Frederico Mühlenhaupt in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corinthians São Paulo's goalie prevented a goal. Corinthians São Paulo's Dimitrios Dirkes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Wachsmann in the 45th minute of play. The throw-in from Fynn Ganz in the 47th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Finne's Wolf Zellier. 48 minutes into the match, Corinthians São Paulo's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Wachsmann came free, but Dimitrios Dirkes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Yilmaz to strike the kick off in the second half. Jo Stockhaus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Wachsmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Dimitrios Dirkes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Corinthians São Paulo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaspar Schiefer to maneuver through the defense. Fynn Ganz kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 68 minutes of play, Corinthians São Paulo's Thomas Yilmaz made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramon Schulte was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Frederico Mühlenhaupt got free with Dimitrios Dirkes in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ubbo Owomoyela's late challenge caught a Finne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubbo Owomoyela helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, Ubbo Owomoyela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute Jo Stockhaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitrios Dirkes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frederico Mühlenhaupt in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimitrios Dirkes saved Corinthians São Paulo from getting behind. Corinthians São Paulo's Dimitrios Dirkes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Corinthians São Paulo from getting a goal against them. Achim Ferl struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Dimitrios Dirkes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Finne. Corinthians São Paulo's Dimitrios Dirkes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico Mühlenhaupt in the 88th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Corinthians São Paulo's zone, Frederico Mühlenhaupt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitrios Dirkes came out of the goal and Frederico Mühlenhaupt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 91 played minutes Finne got a freekick which was hit by Tibor Kaempfe. Dimitrios Dirkes was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Frederico Mühlenhaupt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frederico Mühlenhaupt really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Finne's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
