Lucien Wächter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Burchardt having to interfere. Danny Zacharias kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Hernan Della's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Ture Burchardt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 29th minute Marcel Haubold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Lotter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Lotter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Haubold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Niederbolheim SC's goalkeeper Ture Burchardt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucien Wächter. Hernan Della's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Ture Burchardt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ture Burchardt came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Werdohl's Lucien Wächter. But to his dismay, Lucien Wächter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert Baier in the 43rd minute of play forced Werdohl's goalkeeper Paulo Lotter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Werdohl booed when Niederbolheim SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danny Zacharias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ture Burchardt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hernan Della's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hernan Della stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Niederbolheim SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! In the 54th minute, Hernan Della made a precise shot to the right of Ture Burchardt. Niederbolheim SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Niederbolheim SC's zone, Lucien Wächter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ture Burchardt came out of the goal and Lucien Wächter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barry Bartels sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ture Burchardt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucien Wächter in the 61st minute of play. After some careless play in the Niederbolheim SC defense, Hernan Della kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ture Burchardt. The Niederbolheim SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ture Burchardt should have stopped the shot. Werdohl's Barry Bartels got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ture Burchardt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucien Wächter, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Hernan Della had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ture Burchardt. Niederbolheim SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hernan Della was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. A sloppy throw-in by Benni Wohl in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Werdohl's Marc Myszka. Ture Burchardt didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Werdohl's Hernan Della shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marc Myszka during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Egon Gaffga's late challenge caught a Niederbolheim SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egon Gaffga helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Werdohl getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Egon Gaffga hit a great ball. Niederbolheim SC's Dylan Schuhmacher shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 85th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Paulo Lotter but with some difficulty. Egon Gaffga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ture Burchardt having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Werdohl's Lucien Wächter got a free kick in the 95th minute.
