Spectators: 7008 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 80) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lennart Möst kicked off to start the match. Roy Mende struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Joachim Deckert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Profibolzer. Noel Bayer kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to Profibolzer getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mattis Heibrink hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Samir Schott hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute of the match Noel Bayer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karsten Yilmaz skillfully saved the ball. When Lennart Möst came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Profibolzer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Möst couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Profibolzer's Lennart Möst sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joachim Deckert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Frederik Drechsler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 37 minutes, Lennart Möst managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Profibolzer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lennart Möst was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, SV Sandhausen's Sascha Kebeis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karsten Yilmaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. James Daecher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Karsten Yilmaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Delron Zischewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sascha Kebeis to make the kick off. Poldi Herdzik lost his temper 56 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Poldi Herdzik kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Mattis Heibrink got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roy Mende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Roy Mende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joachim Deckert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Möst in the 64th minute of the match. Joachim Deckert came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Profibolzer's Roy Mende. But to his dismay, Roy Mende quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 72nd match minute, SV Sandhausen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sascha Kebeis to maneuver through the defense. Lennart Möst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Deckert having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SV Sandhausen's Jürgen Immel got a free kick in the 77th minute. Joachim Deckert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Möst in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SV Sandhausen's zone, Roy Mende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joachim Deckert came out of the goal and Roy Mende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joachim Deckert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Möst in the 90th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Lennart Möst notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of SV Sandhausen's Joachim Deckert. Joachim Deckert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Profibolzer's Lennart Möst in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SV Sandhausen's goalie prevented a goal.
