Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Robert Ohlicher started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Robert Ohlicher got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Volker Jahn came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Sportfreunde Laubendorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Volker Jahn couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Bentgerhof FSV's zone, Robert Ohlicher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rollo Trieb came out of the goal and Robert Ohlicher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rollo Trieb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Ohlicher in the 10th minute of play. If Joachim Abälard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Robert Ohlicher took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rollo Trieb. Rollo Trieb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After some careless play in the Sportfreunde Laubendorf defense, Alfonso Görlitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erko Kranz. The Sportfreunde Laubendorf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erko Kranz should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the game, Robert Ohlicher lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Rollo Trieb. Bentgerhof FSV's Rollo Trieb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Ohlicher in the 27th minute of play. Alfons Behnert kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The Sportfreunde Laubendorf fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Sportfreunde Laubendorf's Robert Ohlicher looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cem Carlebach's late challenge caught a Sportfreunde Laubendorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cem Carlebach helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, Bentgerhof FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cem Carlebach to maneuver through the defense. Sportfreunde Laubendorf's Erko Kranz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Görlitz in the 42nd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfonso Görlitz was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Robert Ohlicher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rollo Trieb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rollo Trieb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ohlicher in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of Sportfreunde Laubendorf booed when Bentgerhof FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cem Carlebach didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stefan Burger made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sportfreunde Laubendorf's Paul Wachtmann. Robert Ohlicher took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rollo Trieb. Rollo Trieb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Robert Ohlicher put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rollo Trieb. In the 65th minute Robert Ohlicher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rollo Trieb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 minutes, Santiago Wolff mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bentgerhof FSV and the Sportfreunde Laubendorf players grew even worse after the yellow card. A throw-in in the 67th minute of the game was made by Marcel Hoffman with Cem Carlebach as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After some careless play in the Bentgerhof FSV defense, Robert Ohlicher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rollo Trieb. The Sportfreunde Laubendorf fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Sportfreunde Laubendorf's Robert Ohlicher looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Erko Kranz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnim Blank in the 91st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfons Behnert got free with Erko Kranz in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robert Ohlicher might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rollo Trieb. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Ohlicher ran back to his position shaking his head. When Joachim Abälard came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Sportfreunde Laubendorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joachim Abälard couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sportfreunde Laubendorf fully deserved thier win.
