Spectators: 7018 (Terracing: 6018, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ashley Bäßler made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 minutes, Ashley Bäßler made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. SV Luikicker's Connor Löhr tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ashley Bäßler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erhard Schnaars kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ekkehard Kalb made in the 16th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Berend Kellner however managed to control. In the 19th minute, Ashley Bäßler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Connor Löhr was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Hansa Rostock's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Jannik Benischke scored to the left of an out of position Davor Saller, making the score, 1-2. Timur Pilz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Connor Löhr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Ashley Bäßler made a precise shot to the right of Connor Löhr. SV Luikicker's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Ashley Bäßler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mischa Schmitt kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Ashley Bäßler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Connor Löhr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Ashley Bäßler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Connor Löhr. SV Luikicker's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ashley Bäßler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. After having played for 45 minutes, Ashley Bäßler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hansa Rostock's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ashley Bäßler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Tobias Holstein cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Connor Löhr was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 55thth minute of the game Ashley Bäßler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SV Luikicker's Connor Löhr was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ashley Bäßler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Connor Löhr having to interfere. When SV Luikicker's Konrad Machura in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hansa Rostock's goalie prevented a goal. Jannik Benischke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Ashley Bäßler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Hansa Rostock's Tobias Holstein dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. After 74 played minutes SV Luikicker got a freekick which was hit by Ivica Yilmaz. If Siegfried Gabler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SV Luikicker getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Thorsten Altesleben hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Siegfried Gabler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Davor Saller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Machura in the 98th minute of play. When the match was over Hansa Rostock could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SV Luikicker throughout the match.
