In the 7th match minute, Bentgerhof FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sören Bohlen to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes in the game, Ashley Bäßler fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dennis Sparla having to interfere. After having played for 12 minutes, Ashley Bäßler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hansa Rostock's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ashley Bäßler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ilja Wöllner struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Dennis Sparla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hansa Rostock. Sören Bohlen kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Ashley Bäßler lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Dennis Sparla. 53 minutes into the match, Bentgerhof FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Ashley Bäßler came free, but Dennis Sparla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Hansa Rostock's goalkeeper Davor Saller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Koslow. 57 minutes into the game, Hansa Rostock's Ashley Bäßler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dennis Sparla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After 60 minutes, Ashley Bäßler made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. In the 85th minute, Ashley Bäßler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hansa Rostock fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After 94 minutes of play, Hansa Rostock's Ashley Bäßler made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dennis Sparla was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that Hansa Rostock were the better team. Hansa Rostock's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
