Obertsloh's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fred Funke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 19 minutes, Niels Skrentny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alsheim and the Obertsloh players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Obertsloh fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timo Meisinger in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Obertsloh were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Alsheim's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Taketaka Scheiff took the corner. The corner led Obertsloh's Taketaka Scheiff to fire away a dangerous shot which Traugott Buchholtz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Leon Mrosek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alsheim's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Mrosek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Körner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torsten Körner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fred Funke went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Adalbert Losert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Torsten Körner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torsten Körner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Sandmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Timo Meisinger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Alsheim booed when Obertsloh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Weixler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Obertsloh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timo Meisinger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torsten Körner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Mrosek, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Torsten Körner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Alsheim fully deserved thier win.
