Hans Lojewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Konstantin Krebs's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Horst Hackbarth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Mathis Nolting made a huge save. When Torpedo Babelsberg's Horst Hackbarth, in the 28th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Torpedo Babelsberg. The supporters of JfbV.24 Würzburg booed when Torpedo Babelsberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ben Woldag's late challenge caught a Torpedo Babelsberg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hans Lojewski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Obbo Dubrau. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Konstantin Krebs took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Hans Lojewski to make any attempt to save it. After 90 minutes, Wigalf Lilleike made it 0-10 with a short kick to the right side. Torpedo Babelsberg's Hans Lojewski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the match, JfbV.24 Würzburg's Konstantin Krebs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hans Lojewski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. JfbV.24 Würzburg played a much better game than Torpedo Babelsberg and deserved their victory. The Torpedo Babelsberg players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
