After a rather tough play, Ottrau's Benni Eckstein got a free kick in the 9th minute. Morgan Hensel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Knut Henke in the 10th minute. Jakobus Neffin hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Ernst Holthuis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 34 minutes of play Tunzenhausen's Jakobus Neffin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 34th match minute, Tunzenhausen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakobus Neffin to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Ottrau's Morgan Hensel got control of the ball when Knut Henke tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ottrau's Morgan Hensel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Ottrau from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Knut Henke to make the kick off. The Tunzenhausen fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Tunzenhausen's Knut Henke looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Knut Henke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Knut Henke struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Morgan Hensel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tunzenhausen. Armin Braun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mario Miss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morgan Hensel having to interfere. After having played for 77 minutes, Knut Henke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tunzenhausen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Knut Henke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Knut Henke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Morgan Hensel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adam Diergardt kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Knut Henke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armin Braun hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Tunzenhausen were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ottrau for a fine match.
