Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Casimir Mutke started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Knallhütte Brauerei FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Gerd Pflug came free, but Uwe Balkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eyjölfur Albrecht charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eyjölfur Albrecht the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gerd Pflug took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uwe Balkov. Uwe Balkov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Knallhütte Brauerei FSV's Uwe Balkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Wolf in the 13th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gerd Pflug's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uwe Balkov was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Peter-Michael Rogowski kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Stefan Stedefeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 26 played minutes Knallhütte Brauerei FSV got a freekick which was hit by Mel Brozulat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerd Pflug in the 27th minute of play forced Knallhütte Brauerei FSV's goalkeeper Uwe Balkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gerd Pflug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Knallhütte Brauerei FSV's Nunez Iraitz threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Casimir Mutke, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the Frank Football defense, Casimir Mutke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nunez Iraitz. The Frank Football fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nunez Iraitz should have stopped the shot. Uwe Balkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerd Pflug, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Uwe Balkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerd Pflug in the 46th minute of the match. Uwe Balkov came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Frank Football's Gerd Pflug. But to his dismay, Gerd Pflug quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerd Pflug to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerd Pflug in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uwe Balkov saved Knallhütte Brauerei FSV from getting behind. In the 58th minute, Gerd Pflug made a precise shot to the right of Uwe Balkov. Knallhütte Brauerei FSV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. If Gerd Pflug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 64 minutes, Kevin Fekecs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Knallhütte Brauerei FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevin Fekecs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 minutes, Yves Anders mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frank Football and the Knallhütte Brauerei FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 70 played minutes Frank Football got a freekick which was hit by Yves Anders. 72 minutes into the match, Knallhütte Brauerei FSV's goalkeeper Uwe Balkov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerd Pflug. Ciprian Manciu hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Stefan Stedefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Knallhütte Brauerei FSV's Uwe Balkov got control of the ball when Gerd Pflug tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Kevin Fekecs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Football's Nunez Iraitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Fekecs in the 83rd minute of play. Gerd Pflug could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Uwe Balkov made a huge save. 88 minutes into the match, Frank Football's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Fekecs came free, but Nunez Iraitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Frank Football eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
