Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sieverslake's Sigurd Drengenburg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Erhard Scherhag's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augustin Tschorn was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. 7 minutes into the match, FSV Straubing's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Zichmann came free, but Augustin Tschorn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dennis Zichmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Tschorn having to interfere. In the 13th minute Robbie Stelze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Tschorn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augustin Tschorn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robbie Stelze, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erhard Scherhag in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augustin Tschorn saved FSV Straubing from getting behind. Ismael Höfer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Markus Junker made a huge save. After a rather tough play, FSV Straubing's Ismael Höfer got a free kick in the 21st minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Erhard Scherhag managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sieverslake's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erhard Scherhag was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Augustin Tschorn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erhard Scherhag, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robbie Stelze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Tschorn having to interfere. Sieverslake's Markus Junker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Frick in the 29th minute of play. Sigurd Drengenburg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Sieverslake booed when FSV Straubing was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicco Noll didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Sigurd Drengenburg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augustin Tschorn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jakob Baumung hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute of the match Sigurd Drengenburg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augustin Tschorn skillfully saved the ball. Markus Junker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bill Frick in the 36th minute of play. Ahmed Saborowski's late challenge caught a FSV Straubing's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmed Saborowski helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmed Saborowski hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Augustin Tschorn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erhard Scherhag in the 42nd minute of play. Sieverslake's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bill Frick 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
In the 57thth minute of the game Dennis Zichmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FSV Straubing's Augustin Tschorn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 58 minutes of play, FSV Straubing's Ludwig Drechsler made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Markus Junker was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sieverslake's Markus Junker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Höfer in the 61st minute of play. Sven Köstler hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Sieverslake's goal looked a bit too open when Bill Frick came free, but Markus Junker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Bill Frick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Junker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Zichmann hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute of the match Vicco Noll shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Markus Junker showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 72 played minutes FSV Straubing got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Drechsler. In the 74th minute, Erhard Scherhag got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the game, Dennis Zichmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sieverslake's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FSV Straubing the free kick. Dennis Zichmann kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute of the match Ludwig Drechsler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Markus Junker skillfully saved the ball. Augustin Tschorn was a little too slow when Robbie Stelze got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 89th minute, Erhard Scherhag left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sieverslake fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 93rd minute, Erhard Scherhag got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sieverslake's Markus Junker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Drechsler in the 96th minute of play. FSV Straubing succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sieverslake had controlled the match.
