The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, FSV Straubing's goal looked a bit too open when Gerd Pflug came free, but Augustin Tschorn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augustin Tschorn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerd Pflug's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. In the 94thth minute of the game Gerd Pflug who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FSV Straubing's Augustin Tschorn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 97th minute, Bill Frick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Football's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
