Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jakobus Neffin kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Sieverslake's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Henke came free, but Markus Junker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sigurd Drengenburg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ansgar Sell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Markus Junker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Knut Henke, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Jakobus Neffin made a precise shot to the right of Markus Junker. Sieverslake's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Erhard Scherhag sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ansgar Sell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigurd Drengenburg in the 39th minute of the match. Sieverslake's Markus Junker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knut Henke in the 40th minute of play. Erhard Scherhag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ansgar Sell having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Sigurd Drengenburg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ansgar Sell was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sigurd Drengenburg to make the kick off. Markus Junker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingbert Bäz in the 51st minute of play. When Tunzenhausen's Tore Müller in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sieverslake's goalie prevented a goal. Sigurd Drengenburg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jakobus Neffin in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Markus Junker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tunzenhausen succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sieverslake had controlled the match.
