Halldor Krippels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Manolo Schott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 5 minutes, Lorenzo Plaggemeyer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BFC München's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Plaggemeyer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Freddy Birnstiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fynn Nork having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Birnstiel got free with Fynn Nork in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 10 played minutes Polonia Marlow got a freekick which was hit by Hartmut Rauhaus. When Freddy Birnstiel came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the BFC München fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Birnstiel couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Polonia Marlow's Michael Jung got a free kick in the 13th minute. The supporters of BFC München booed when Polonia Marlow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvain Hoefer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Polonia Marlow's zone, Juliane Hog-Heidel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fynn Nork came out of the goal and Juliane Hog-Heidel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the game, Freddy Birnstiel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fynn Nork was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The throw-in from Hartmut Rauhaus in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BFC München's Angelo Rastätter. Manolo Schott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Buhisan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 29 in the game by Freddy Birnstiel from a close distance when the talented Fynn Nork managed to make a qualified save. Polonia Marlow's players were relieved. 31 minutes into the match, Michael Jung had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manolo Schott. BFC München's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Jung was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Fynn Nork was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Freddy Birnstiel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Freddy Birnstiel really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Buhisan in the 43rd minute of play forced BFC München's goalkeeper Manolo Schott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Freddy Birnstiel managed to get in a good position for a shot. BFC München's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Birnstiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fynn Nork breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Freddy Birnstiel was the one to do the kick off. Juliane Hog-Heidel took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fynn Nork. Fynn Nork dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After a rather tough play, BFC München's Lorenzo Plaggemeyer got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 63 played minutes BFC München got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Plaggemeyer. Juliane Hog-Heidel hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Angelo Rastätter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BFC München's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Rastätter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fynn Nork made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliane Hog-Heidel in the 72nd minute of play. In the 76th minute Freddy Birnstiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fynn Nork saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freddy Birnstiel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fynn Nork having to make a save. BFC München's Lorenzo Plaggemeyer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Artur Pagenburg, made in the 83rd minute of the game. The supporters of Polonia Marlow booed when BFC München was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliane Hog-Heidel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th match minute, BFC München was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliane Hog-Heidel to maneuver through the defense. Fynn Nork made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliane Hog-Heidel in the 89th minute of play. When Juliane Hog-Heidel came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the BFC München fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juliane Hog-Heidel couldn't finish the play. BFC München's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
