The supporters of Tapfham FC booed when Neu Holthausen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Genz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Neu Holthausen's Arp Menzel made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamin Kahl was left in no man's land by his defense there! Halil Wolber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Benjamin Kahl made a huge save. After some careless play in the Tapfham FC defense, Nils Genz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Kahl. The Tapfham FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Kahl should have stopped the shot. 26 minutes into the game, Arp Menzel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benjamin Kahl. Arp Menzel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. 32 minutes into the game, Arp Menzel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Benjamin Kahl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benjamin Kahl was a little too slow when Luke Raich got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 7-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luke Raich stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benjamin Kahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arp Menzel, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 57th minute Arp Menzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Kahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62ndth minute of the game Bjarne Horsmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neu Holthausen's Gerd Borretty was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Neu Holthausen getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Eugen Hähnel hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Luke Raich in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 77th minute Arp Menzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Kahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Kahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luke Raich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
