The referee ignored VfL Wolfsburg's protests and gave Stefan Kauth a yellow card for diving instead. Freddy Freytag was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute Mischa Gehl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Gradistanac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes Tino Runde rounded VfL Wolfsburg's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Hasso Kamieth kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. The referee gave Stefan Kauth a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Marner TV booed when VfL Wolfsburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Kauth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ray Handrich charged in rather forcefully in the 49th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 97th minute, Thilo Schütz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
