The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Wigalf Hofmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hauke Timme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With his leg Piers Harris managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when FV MatsLeviMick's Clark Laukenmann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 14 minutes into the match, FV MatsLeviMick's goal looked a bit too open when William Anselm came free, but Hauke Timme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piers Harris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clark Laukenmann in the 20th minute. William Anselm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Fenerbahce1907's William Anselm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hauke Timme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Fenerbahce1907's Piers Harris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Kentschke in the 28th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wigalf Hofmann during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hauke Timme came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fenerbahce1907's Wigalf Hofmann. But to his dismay, Wigalf Hofmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Jan Kessen hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When Clark Laukenmann fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FV MatsLeviMick's protests and gave Clark Laukenmann a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Anselm in the 43rd minute of play forced FV MatsLeviMick's goalkeeper Hauke Timme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FV MatsLeviMick players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fenerbahce1907 were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clark Laukenmann to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FV MatsLeviMick's goal looked a bit too open when William Anselm came free, but Hauke Timme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixten Vallengren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Hauke Timme made a huge save. Hauke Timme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wigalf Hofmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FV MatsLeviMick's Hauke Timme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Anselm in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Fidelio Fricke recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hauke Timme. Fidelio Fricke showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 60 minutes into the match, FV MatsLeviMick's goal looked a bit too open when William Anselm came free, but Hauke Timme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Fenerbahce1907 booed when FV MatsLeviMick was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Gil didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes Fenerbahce1907 got a freekick which was hit by Fidelio Fricke. William Anselm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hauke Timme having to interfere. After some careless play in the FV MatsLeviMick defense, Wigalf Hofmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hauke Timme. The FV MatsLeviMick fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hauke Timme should have stopped the shot. 77 minutes in the game, William Anselm fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hauke Timme having to interfere. Wigalf Hofmann's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Hauke Timme skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hauke Timme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sixten Vallengren in the 85th minute. FV MatsLeviMick's Hauke Timme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save FV MatsLeviMick from getting a goal against them. Fenerbahce1907's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
