In the 4th minute, Mauro Celtes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Desiderio Vidarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wigalf Hofmann in the 4th minute of the match. In the 9th match minute, Fenerbahce1907 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wigalf Hofmann to maneuver through the defense. Desiderio Vidarte had great luck who in the 16thth minute grab hold of the ball when William Anselm from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Fenerbahce1907's William Anselm slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Desiderio Vidarte. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. In the 20th minute, William Anselm fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Desiderio Vidarte, passed just outside the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William Anselm in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Desiderio Vidarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 played minutes Vigata got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Papa. Desiderio Vidarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wigalf Hofmann in the 32nd minute. Ignacio Haney charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ignacio Haney the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd minute, Ignacio Haney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Desiderio Vidarte was a little too slow when William Anselm got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-0. A collision led to Fenerbahce1907 getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jan Kessen hit a great ball. William Anselm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 48 played minutes Vigata got a freekick which was hit by Friedemann Reck. In the 48th minute, Sixten Vallengren fired a really elegant long shot, but Desiderio Vidarte threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Fenerbahce1907's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sixten Vallengren in the 54th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Lino Hermelando heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Desiderio Vidarte came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Fenerbahce1907's Fidelio Fricke. But to his dismay, Fidelio Fricke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The supporters of Vigata booed when Fenerbahce1907 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Anselm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desiderio Vidarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Anselm in the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vigata's Ignacio Haney got a free kick in the 77th minute. Vigata's Desiderio Vidarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Anselm in the 78th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Wigalf Hofmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenerbahce1907's supporters rose to their feet, but Wigalf Hofmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Desiderio Vidarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Fenerbahce1907 getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Fidelio Fricke hit a great ball. When Friedemann Reck fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vigata's protests and gave Friedemann Reck a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Vigata got a freekick which was hit by Friedemann Reck. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vigata's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sixten Vallengren was slow to take the kick. During this time Fenerbahce1907's players had a chance to rest. Desiderio Vidarte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Anselm's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, William Anselm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Desiderio Vidarte. Vigata's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that William Anselm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Desiderio Vidarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wigalf Hofmann in the 94th minute of the match. Fenerbahce1907 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
