Franz Wehner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jörg Paech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of KSV Krusenbusch booed when FC Podbeskidzie Żory was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörg Paech didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Podbeskidzie Żory's zone, Niko Ibraimkulova stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bastian Maas came out of the goal and Niko Ibraimkulova tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bastian Maas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Siegfried Blecken in the 43rd minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jörg Paech to strike the kick off in the second half. 罗泉扬 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Bastian Maas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bastian Maas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 罗泉扬 in the 54th minute of play. When Luigi Sonneborn came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the KSV Krusenbusch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luigi Sonneborn couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, FC Podbeskidzie Żory's goal looked a bit too open when 罗泉扬 came free, but Bastian Maas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 played minutes KSV Krusenbusch got a freekick which was hit by Niko Ibraimkulova. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, 罗泉扬 put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bastian Maas. Luigi Sonneborn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bastian Maas having to interfere. After 97 played minutes FC Podbeskidzie Żory got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Schubert. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. KSV Krusenbusch were victorious despite being under pressure from FC Podbeskidzie Żory for much of the match.
