Mauro Celtes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tim Abart having to make a save. Tim Abart stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauro Celtes's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Tim Abart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Papa in the 53rd minute of the match. Friedemann Reck hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Herbert Leopold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Bayern FC's Bernt Loth got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Emilio Papa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tim Abart was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bayern FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
