Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tobias Wielert kicked off to start the match. Bertram Geibel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ergün Molau in the 5th minute of the match. After some careless play in the CA Boca Juniors defense, Tobias Wielert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel Forberger. The CA Boca Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Forberger should have stopped the shot. In the 10th match minute, Degmarn FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Wielert to maneuver through the defense. Marco Riegels short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Marcel Forberger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 15 minutes into the match, CA Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Wielert came free, but Marcel Forberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Marco Riegel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Marcel Forberger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tobias Wielert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Forberger having to interfere. Degmarn FSV's Nikolaus Schwaneberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CA Boca Juniors. Tobias Wielert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Forberger having to interfere. Bernd Bartsch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Riegel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Marcel Forberger made a huge save. When CA Boca Juniors's Ergün Molau in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Degmarn FSV's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to CA Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Louis Rittel hit a great ball. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Degmarn FSV's goalkeeper Bertram Geibel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 60 played minutes CA Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Philipp Della. In the 66th minute, Marco Riegel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobias Schmitt-Illert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcel Forberger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Riegel in the 71st minute of the match. With his leg Bertram Geibel managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when CA Boca Juniors's Uwe Hinsken fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Chris Bell charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chris Bell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th match minute, Degmarn FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Bell to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th play minute Uwe Hinsken came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bertram Geibel. 2-1. Marco Riegel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Forberger having to interfere. Uwe Hinsken who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Bertram Geibel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tobias Schmitt-Illert struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Bertram Geibel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CA Boca Juniors. Marcel Forberger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Riegel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CA Boca Juniors's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Degmarn FSV had won, even though CA Boca Juniors had held more of the ball.
