Raimund Remark's late challenge caught a Fürweiler FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raimund Remark helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Stoppenbach's Raimund Remark got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Stoppenbach's zone, Mirco Wick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Overkamp came out of the goal and Mirco Wick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Stoppenbach getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Leopold Flosbach hit a great ball. Roland Overkamp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Rahmstein in the 9th minute of play. Mirco Wick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stoppenbach's Roland Overkamp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Stoppenbach from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Fürweiler FC's Jakob Orthaus got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Werner Schäuble sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fürweiler FC's Jan Klarner didn't even have to move. Harald Otte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Roland Overkamp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kai Arbogast kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Roland Overkamp had great luck who in the 32ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Ralf Rahmstein from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Mirco Wick charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mirco Wick the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Fürweiler FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Mirco Wick hit a great ball. Harald Otte kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Jan Klarner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abi Ungerechts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the game, Werner Schäuble cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jan Klarner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Ralf Rahmstein made the kick off in the second half. Fürweiler FC's Ralf Rahmstein got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Fürweiler FC booed when Stoppenbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kai Arbogast didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Stoppenbach's Werner Schäuble dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Fürweiler FC's Mirco Wick got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Mirco Wick off the ground. Jan Klarner was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Leopold Flosbach. Werner Schäuble hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Stoppenbach's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Rahmstein came free, but Roland Overkamp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Werner Schäuble received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jan Klarner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Abi Ungerechts managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stoppenbach's supporters rose to their feet, but Abi Ungerechts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Klarner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 87 minutes of play Stoppenbach's Raimund Remark was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Stoppenbach's Raimund Remark got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 94th minute Ralf Rahmstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Overkamp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Fürweiler FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Stoppenbach were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
