He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gunther Schaub. Wilfried Schöne hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in VfL Nobbystadt's zone, Günter Clemens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. When VfL Nobbystadt's Wilfried Schöne, in the 23rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for VfL Nobbystadt. In the 28thth minute of the game Hannes Göring who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VfL Nobbystadt's Dan Miethe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christoph Dresner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gunther Schaub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Günter Clemens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of VfL Nobbystadt booed when Ludwigsburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Göring didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
