The supporters of Leuderodee booed when Großgerstetten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anno Vollmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Römer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Billy Gagelmann in the 24th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play, Leuderodee's Billy Gagelmann made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Römer was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the game, Leuderodee's Rodolfo Schultheiss nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Römer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Anjo Ewert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Frank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Leuderodee were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Frank made a kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Axel Frank who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leuderodee's Anjo Ewert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fynn Freund struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Anjo Ewert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Großgerstetten. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Frank in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anjo Ewert saved Leuderodee from getting behind. José Römer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolfo Schultheiss in the 58th minute. If Axel Frank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Leuderodee booed when Großgerstetten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harold Christann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chris Götze struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Anjo Ewert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Großgerstetten. Dennis Zorn's late challenge caught a Großgerstetten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Axel Frank blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anjo Ewert having to make a save. Fynn Freund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leuderodee's Anjo Ewert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harold Christann in the 86th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Großgerstetten's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Gagelmann came free, but José Römer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chants of Leuderodee echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Großgerstetten had held the ball for most of the match.
