Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gerd Klassen started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Kurt Illgner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leo Schnackenberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Igor Zick kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Axel Fiedler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vince Van Halssbeeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerd Klassen, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Leo Schnackenberg made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Stellan Sundling sent off a good shot on target. When Harry Rybarczyk fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vinnum City's protests and gave Harry Rybarczyk a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vinnum City getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Harry Rybarczyk hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Stellan Sundling reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leo Schnackenberg. The goal made the score 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Axel Fiedler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kesten's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Fiedler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Schnackenberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stellan Sundling's late challenge caught a Vinnum City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stellan Sundling helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Stellan Sundling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torsten Schikowsky hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Stellan Sundling kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leo Schnackenberg. That made the score 4-1 in the 38 minute of play. Leo Schnackenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stellan Sundling, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Vinnum City's goalkeeper Leo Schnackenberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Fiedler. 45 minutes into the match, Vinnum City's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Illgner came free, but Leo Schnackenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kurt Illgner received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leo Schnackenberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Kurt Illgner slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 47th minute.
After 54 played minutes Kesten got a freekick which was hit by Rutger Cornelißen. A collision led to Kesten getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jack Ramsey hit a great ball. Leo Schnackenberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stellan Sundling went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Vinnum City's Leo Schnackenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stellan Sundling in the 64th minute of play. Johannes Popp took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Schnackenberg. Leo Schnackenberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. In the 70th match minute, Vinnum City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Schikowsky to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Vinnum City's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Fiedler came free, but Leo Schnackenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Kesten got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Popp. With an all-out effort, Vinnum City's Vince Van Halssbeeck threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Torsten Schikowsky, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Popp in the 78th minute of play forced Vinnum City's goalkeeper Leo Schnackenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Vinnum City's Moritz Wiest got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Leo Schnackenberg came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Kesten's Axel Fiedler. But to his dismay, Axel Fiedler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. In the 90th minute Stellan Sundling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Schnackenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Schnackenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Popp in the 91st minute of the match. Leo Schnackenberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johannes Popp went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-1 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kesten fully deserved thier win.
