Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudius van Essen took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Mustafa Gebuhr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SpVgg Mittelfranken 73's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vorberg FC the free kick. In the 5th match minute, SpVgg Mittelfranken 73 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Gebuhr to maneuver through the defense. Claudius van Essen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Brünen having to interfere. In the 14th minute Spike Schwarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakob Berrang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Claudius van Essen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Max Brünen was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the game, Vorberg FC's Wolfgang Bernard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jakob Berrang made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Claudius van Essen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Max Brünen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduard Köhler kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Niko Saager recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, SpVgg Mittelfranken 73's Niko Saager got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 34 played minutes Vorberg FC got a freekick which was hit by Volkmar Pott. Jakob Berrang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spike Schwarz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niko Saager fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 45th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wolfgang Bernard to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Spike Schwarz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, SpVgg Mittelfranken 73's Mustafa Gebuhr got a free kick in the 56th minute. Niko Saager got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 62 played minutes, Vorberg FC's Frederik Weible shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jakob Berrang came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vorberg FC reached it. With his leg Jakob Berrang managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Vorberg FC's Spike Schwarz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wolfgang Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Jakob Berrang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Vorberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudius van Essen came free, but Max Brünen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SpVgg Mittelfranken 73's Mustafa Gebuhr quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Joschka Freise, made in the 76th minute of the game. The throw-in from Joschka Freise in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SpVgg Mittelfranken 73's Mustafa Gebuhr. With a little luck, SpVgg Mittelfranken 73's Jakob Berrang got control of the ball when Spike Schwarz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mustafa Gebuhr was shown his second yellow card after 86 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to SpVgg Mittelfranken 73 getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Mustafa Gebuhr hit a great ball. In the 89th minute Wolfgang Bernard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakob Berrang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jakob Berrang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wolfgang Bernard, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Jakob Berrang made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Spike Schwarz sent off a good shot on target. Spike Schwarz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Jakob Berrang made a huge save. Chants of Vorberg FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as SpVgg Mittelfranken 73 had held the ball for most of the match.
