Mark Saak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes-Markus Bollen in the 20th minute of the match. Mark Saak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes-Markus Bollen's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Holzbein Kiel's Mark Saak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes-Markus Bollen in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Holzbein Kiel's goal looked a bit too open when Jörg Abd el Farrag came free, but Mark Saak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjeld Haldenwang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Haraszti's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Unterbichl's Jörg Abd el Farrag got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mark Saak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes-Markus Bollen in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes-Markus Bollen made a kick off. If Caspar Finkel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Philipp Rauscher struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Kjeld Haldenwang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holzbein Kiel. Ralf Dettinger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mark Saak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Holzbein Kiel's goal looked a bit too open when Jörg Abd el Farrag came free, but Mark Saak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjeld Haldenwang didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Haraszti went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Thomas Haraszti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Kjeld Haldenwang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pascal Vester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjeld Haldenwang having to interfere. After 74 minutes of play, Unterbichl's Ralf Dettinger made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mark Saak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emir Bischoff was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. Jörg Abd el Farrag shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Mark Saak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jörg Abd el Farrag in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Holzbein Kiel's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes-Markus Bollen came free, but Mark Saak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Caspar Finkel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th match minute, Holzbein Kiel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caspar Finkel to maneuver through the defense. Kjeld Haldenwang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caspar Finkel, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. If Pascal Vester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chants of Unterbichl echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Holzbein Kiel had held the ball for most of the match.
