Albert Miersch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With splendid footwork Arne Fabry arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 11th minute. With a little luck, FK Pirmasens's Ronald Obser got control of the ball when Albert Miersch tried to sneak it across the goal line. Georg Priebsch hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Ronald Obser successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arne Fabry in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronald Obser saved FK Pirmasens from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FK Pirmasens's Nikolai Durr got a free kick in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Thorsten Muring managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Bauar Köln's supporters rose to their feet, but Thorsten Muring was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronald Obser breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Ronald Obser successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Albert Miersch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Scheiblich made a kick off. Albert Miersch struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ronald Obser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Bauar Köln. In the 55th minute, Kurt Marzok hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albert Miersch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albert Miersch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ronald Obser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, FK Pirmasens's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Fabry came free, but Ronald Obser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronald Obser stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albert Miersch's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Fabry in the 74th minute of play forced FK Pirmasens's goalkeeper Ronald Obser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FK Pirmasens's Ronald Obser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Fabry in the 75th minute of play. Ronald Obser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Fabry, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FK Pirmasens's zone, Arne Fabry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronald Obser came out of the goal and Arne Fabry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nikolai Durr kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Albert Miersch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SV Bauar Köln's Yannik Pöggeler got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albert Miersch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute Yannik Pöggeler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronald Obser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that SV Bauar Köln were the better team. SV Bauar Köln's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
