Spectators: 8027 (Terracing: 6022, Seating: 1846, VIP seats: 159) Albaching FC's Marius Möhn started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Roman Busch made a precise shot to the right of György Klinkmüller. Albaching FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Marius Möhn hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Ingo Dunst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ingo Stromann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Uwe Still cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ingo Stromann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 20 minutes into the match, Albaching FC's goalkeeper György Klinkmüller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Knoke. 22 minutes into the game, Michael Knoke recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of György Klinkmüller. Michael Knoke showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 25 minutes into the match, Albaching FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Strobl came free, but György Klinkmüller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Stanislaus Fleischer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 27 minutes on the clock, Alwin Riepe commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 29th minute Karl Marschall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but György Klinkmüller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingo Dunst's late challenge caught a SC Weser Kickers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingo Dunst helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Albaching FC's Ingo Dunst got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 35 played minutes Albaching FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Veronica. The supporters of SC Weser Kickers booed when Albaching FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingo Dunst didn't get a good kick on the ball. György Klinkmüller acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ingo Alspach. After 42 minutes, Rasmus Wallek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Albaching FC and the SC Weser Kickers players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Michael Knoke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. György Klinkmüller came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Weser Kickers's Eduard Strobl. But to his dismay, Eduard Strobl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roman Busch stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Marius Möhn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Weser Kickers's Ingo Stromann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marius Möhn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ingo Dunst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 60 minutes, Stephan Lehmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albaching FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stephan Lehmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Möhn in the 63rd minute of play forced SC Weser Kickers's goalkeeper Ingo Stromann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingo Dunst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ingo Stromann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Eduard Strobl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Weser Kickers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Ingo Stromann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marius Möhn in the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes SC Weser Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Poelchau. In the 80th match minute, SC Weser Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robbie Paulsen to maneuver through the defense. Ingo Stromann was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Stephan Lehmann. Marius Möhn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingo Stromann having to interfere. Albaching FC's attentive Joshua Kimmich managed to snatch the ball when Pim Kader made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. Marius Möhn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th match minute, SC Weser Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Strobl to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Albaching FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Weser Kickers.
