The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Augustin Schneider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Cremer-Ricken, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the FC Statham 96 defense, Halil Ratkowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augustin Schneider. The FC Statham 96 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augustin Schneider should have stopped the shot. Gotham Saray FC's Serkan Gaar got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ovid Feller hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Frank Cremer-Ricken scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augustin Schneider, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franz Kilz in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iljaz Çela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th match minute, FC Statham 96 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Irtel to maneuver through the defense. After 26 played minutes FC Statham 96 got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Patzelt. Serkan Gaar struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Augustin Schneider didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gotham Saray FC. Augustin Schneider came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Gotham Saray FC's Serkan Gaar. But to his dismay, Serkan Gaar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 37 minutes into the match, FC Statham 96's goal looked a bit too open when Halil Ratkowski came free, but Augustin Schneider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Niko Kalweit made a precise shot to the right of Augustin Schneider. FC Statham 96's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Serkan Gaar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gotham Saray FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Serkan Gaar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augustin Schneider breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Augustin Schneider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niko Kalweit in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Halil Ratkowski notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of FC Statham 96's Augustin Schneider. Augustin Schneider was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Serkan Gaar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. 63 minutes into the game, one of FC Statham 96:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 64 minutes, Gotham Saray FC's Leik Blumenthal got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Augustin Schneider. With a little luck, FC Statham 96's Augustin Schneider got control of the ball when Frank Cremer-Ricken tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 69 played minutes Gotham Saray FC got a freekick which was hit by Wim Hinrichsen. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Franz Kilz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Augustin Schneider yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. The supporters of FC Statham 96 booed when Gotham Saray FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niko Kalweit didn't get a good kick on the ball.
