Bert Kliemt struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Fabian Krägelin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Regental. Didico Jonen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Krägelin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Haulingort FSV's zone, Bert Kliemt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Krägelin came out of the goal and Bert Kliemt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Didico Jonen scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabian Krägelin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Regental's attentive Didico Jonen managed to snatch the ball when Christian Gutmann made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. Didico Jonen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bert Kliemt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fabian Krägelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When FC Regental's Bert Kliemt in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Haulingort FSV's goalie prevented a goal. Egidius Seyler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Bäätjer in the 27th minute of play. Fabian Krägelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didico Jonen in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Harro Deilmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Egidius Seyler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 38 minutes, Bert Kliemt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Regental's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bert Kliemt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serkan Balter in the 39th minute of play forced FC Regental's goalkeeper Egidius Seyler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bert Kliemt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 47 minutes into the game, Christian Gutmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Haulingort FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Regental the free kick. Christian Gutmann hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Bert Kliemt made the kick off in the second half. Fabian Krägelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bert Kliemt in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Didico Jonen managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Regental's supporters rose to their feet, but Didico Jonen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Krägelin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bert Kliemt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Fabian Krägelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Didico Jonen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Krägelin having to interfere. With a little luck, Haulingort FSV's Fabian Krägelin got control of the ball when Didico Jonen tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Regental's Fabian Kochert suffered a sore thigh after 71 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Harro Deilmann's late challenge caught a FC Regental's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harro Deilmann helped the player get up and apologised. FC Regental made a substitution. Palle Rösele replaced Fabian Kochert. In the 72nd minute, Harro Deilmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haulingort FSV's Fabian Krägelin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Kliemt in the 73rd minute of play. When Didico Jonen came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the FC Regental fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Didico Jonen couldn't finish the play. Robin Lüpke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bert Kliemt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Regental's Didico Jonen got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Didico Jonen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Krägelin having to interfere. In the 95th minute Bert Kliemt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Krägelin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Haulingort FSV's Hubert Bäätjer got a free kick in the 98th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Regental players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
