Edwin Breuler charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee ignored Büsum FC's protests and gave Stephan Groba a yellow card for diving instead. Stephan Groba hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Oskar Bergmeister scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arko Lau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute Julian Sünneke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Henning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Büsum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fritz Rudolf Bankett came free, but Marco Henning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oskar Bergmeister in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arko Lau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th match minute, Neubrandenburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximilian Runge to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Sven Gleicke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Büsum FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven Gleicke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arko Lau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fritz Rudolf Bankett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Marco Henning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neubrandenburg's Arko Lau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Bergmeister in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Bergmeister in the 35th minute of play forced Neubrandenburg's goalkeeper Arko Lau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Neubrandenburg booed when Büsum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Bergmeister didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven Gleicke to strike the kick off in the second half. When Büsum FC's Oskar Bergmeister, in the 52nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Büsum FC. If Sven Gleicke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximilian Runge hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Oskar Bergmeister dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arko Lau, 0-2. Julian Sünneke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Henning having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Büsum FC's Tim Rousek got a free kick in the 60th minute. Fritz Rudolf Bankett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arko Lau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oskar Bergmeister in the 63rd minute. The supporters of Büsum FC booed when Neubrandenburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rainer Maria Volkmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Büsum FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Tim Rousek hit a great ball. In the 69thth minute of the game Fritz Rudolf Bankett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Büsum FC's Marco Henning was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fritz Rudolf Bankett took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Henning. Marco Henning dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Fritz Rudolf Bankett struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Büsum FC's goalkeeper Marco Henning, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fritz Rudolf Bankett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute.
