The audience was convinced that Fritz Rudolf Bankett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pascal Röttgen was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to SG Frimmersdorf getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jan Mühlfenzl hit a great ball. Fritz Rudolf Bankett scored 1-0 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pascal Röttgen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Neubrandenburg were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SG Frimmersdorf for a fine match.
