Wolfgang Mikulasch took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Philipp Gunselmann. Philipp Gunselmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 35 minutes into the game, Wolfgang Mikulasch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SG Frimmersdorf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kriebitzsch the free kick. After 35 played minutes SG Frimmersdorf got a freekick which was hit by Wolfgang Mikulasch. Toni Weckenmann's late challenge caught a SG Frimmersdorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toni Weckenmann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, Kriebitzsch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toni Weckenmann to maneuver through the defense. Kriebitzsch's Philipp Gunselmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Kriebitzsch from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Philipp Gunselmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Mühlfenzl in the 78th minute of the match. After some careless play in the SG Frimmersdorf defense, Fabrizio Neubrandt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascal Röttgen. The SG Frimmersdorf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascal Röttgen should have stopped the shot. Pierre Bähnert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kriebitzsch's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because SG Frimmersdorf had won, even though Kriebitzsch had held more of the ball.
