The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven Gleicke stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gunter Steinfurth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ehrhard Czylwick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskar Bergmeister, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gunter Steinfurth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Henning having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Piesche in the 63rd minute of play forced Manchester of United's goalkeeper Ehrhard Czylwick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Büsum FC had played much better football throughout.
