In the 2nd minute, Jaden Hampl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Oliver FC's zone, Arminius Greitemeier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tugay Rasi came out of the goal and Arminius Greitemeier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Willi Scheuer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Sven Stöhr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven Stöhr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anti Paadam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 minutes 1.Fc Theostadt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcelo Pena who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Marcelo Pena almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 1.Fc Theostadt's Sven Stöhr did a great save. Sven Stöhr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anti Paadam in the 19th minute of the match. 1.Fc Theostadt's Sven Stöhr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willi Scheuer in the 24th minute of play. Willi Scheuer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Stöhr having to interfere. Arminius Greitemeier succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. After 40th play minutes Anti Paadam shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Sven Stöhr and just under the crossbar into goal. Tugay Rasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arminius Greitemeier, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 46 minutes into the game, Anti Paadam cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Sven Stöhr was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

55 minutes into the match, Dan Paun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven Stöhr. 1.Fc Theostadt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Paun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. With an all-out effort, Oliver FC's Sven Stöhr threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anti Paadam, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 84 minutes into the match, Anti Paadam dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sven Stöhr, 1-8. After 96 played minutes 1.Fc Theostadt got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Scholz. Oliver FC's Marcelo Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oliver FC played a much better game than 1.Fc Theostadt and deserved their victory. The 1.Fc Theostadt players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
