The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joost Schlüter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Murathan Kutcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Hansa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murathan Kutcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lukas Milles kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Levin Kienzle kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemens Havemann in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ole Per Köppen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Loy Schwerinski hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Marschhorst's Clemens Havemann got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murathan Kutcan got free with Torsten Gmelin in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Marschhorst's zone, Murathan Kutcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Gmelin came out of the goal and Murathan Kutcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of KFC Hansa booed when Marschhorst was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Levin Kienzle didn't get a good kick on the ball. KFC Hansa's Ole Per Köppen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Milles in the 81st minute of play. Murathan Kutcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aloys Metzler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Torsten Gmelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sönke Blechschmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The supporters of Marschhorst booed when KFC Hansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aloys Metzler didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the KFC Hansa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Marschhorst.
