Spectators: 6101 (Terracing: 4300, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hannes Rösler made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute Otto Knauf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morten Trittin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Morten Trittin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Knauf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hannes Rösler in the 15th minute of play forced FC Peging's goalkeeper Morten Trittin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Lars Bowermann in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Peging's Jacob Otte. Nemo Bucher kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Stierstadt FSV's goalkeeper Jan Kreibisch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wulf-Dieter Bialke made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Stefano Nork. Anton Allensbach hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Hannes Rösler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Allensbach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stierstadt FSV's Jan Kreibisch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekkehard Störmer in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Peging's Ernesto Xabier got a free kick in the 38th minute. Anton Allensbach's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Morten Trittin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. FC Peging's Morten Trittin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Knauf in the 44th minute of play. If Stefano Nork had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ekkehard Störmer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Morten Trittin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anton Allensbach in the 67th minute. Ernesto Xabier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jan Kreibisch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 minutes, Lars Bowermann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stierstadt FSV and the FC Peging players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Stierstadt FSV getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Lars Bowermann hit a great ball. With a little luck, FC Peging's Morten Trittin got control of the ball when Anton Allensbach tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan Kreibisch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heinrich Furchner in the 78th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Peging getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Heinrich Furchner hit a great ball. Stierstadt FSV's Otto Knauf got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th match minute, FC Peging was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akira Pfau to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, FC Peging's Götz Kunstmann got a free kick in the 90th minute. Morten Trittin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Anton Allensbach.
