Christen Ruppmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Volkmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the game, Raimund Polskis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Christen Ruppmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the game, Oberagger FSV's Harald Volkmer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christen Ruppmann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Pinkus Schmidtmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristide Apostel in the 17th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Hemmo Bothner took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Pinkus Schmidtmann to make any attempt to save it. Oberagger FSV's Pinkus Schmidtmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Oberagger FSV from getting a goal against them. 25 minutes into the match, Oberagger FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Siegfried Tassler came free, but Pinkus Schmidtmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Küsd's Hemmo Bothner slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pinkus Schmidtmann. That made the score 3-2 after 27 minutes of play. Pinkus Schmidtmann was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hemmo Bothner showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 30 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabor Ossenkopp during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gabor Ossenkopp hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Harald Volkmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christen Ruppmann having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harald Volkmer made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Küsd's Hemmo Bothner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pinkus Schmidtmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oberagger FSV's Pinkus Schmidtmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Apostel in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Hemmo Bothner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Küsd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oberagger FSV the free kick. After 56 minutes of play, Oberagger FSV's Raimund Polskis made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christen Ruppmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gabor Ossenkopp got a throw-in 61 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Siegfried Tassler. If Siegfried Tassler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimund Polskis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Christen Ruppmann made a huge save. Oberagger FSV's Pinkus Schmidtmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siegfried Tassler in the 69th minute of play. René Krumrei's late challenge caught a Küsd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. René Krumrei helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Küsd booed when Oberagger FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. René Krumrei didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Oberagger FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Hemmo Bothner came free, but Pinkus Schmidtmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Siegfried Tassler notched a goal, 6-3, to the right of Oberagger FSV's Pinkus Schmidtmann. Pinkus Schmidtmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pinkus Schmidtmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Menge, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Küsd's goalkeeper Christen Ruppmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raimund Polskis. Aristide Apostel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pinkus Schmidtmann having to interfere. In the 97th minute Siegfried Tassler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pinkus Schmidtmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Küsd's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
