Spectators: 7871 (Terracing: 5986, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Niclas Schnuphase made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the game, Tim Dietzsch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rudolf Sebastiany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 10th minute, Roman Croy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Greven United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Greven United's Helmut Kuschel got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute Tim Dietzsch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Sebastiany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harry Ilius during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Greven United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Ilius to maneuver through the defense. 30 in the game Oeverich's Jim Vordenbäumen showed how dangerous he can be in front of the goal when he by his own managed to get a clear opportunity for a shot. The following shot went just left of the goal. Helmut Kuschel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Oeverich's zone, Helmut Kuschel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudolf Sebastiany came out of the goal and Helmut Kuschel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tim Dietzsch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rudolf Sebastiany showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helmut Kuschel in the 40th minute of the match. Rudolf Sebastiany came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Greven United's Tim Dietzsch. But to his dismay, Tim Dietzsch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Eberhard Strohfeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Sebastiany having to interfere. Oeverich's Rudolf Sebastiany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Dietzsch in the 46th minute of play. Rudolf Sebastiany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eberhard Strohfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tim Dietzsch made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Oeverich's goalkeeper Rudolf Sebastiany, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niclas Schnuphase hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Roman Croy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tim Dietzsch in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rudolf Sebastiany, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eggert Hertäg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Rudolf Sebastiany made a huge save. 72 minutes into the match, Greven United's Eggert Hertäg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rudolf Sebastiany narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rudolf Sebastiany made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Harry Ilius sent off a good shot on target. Eggert Hertäg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Rudolf Sebastiany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Armin Dehn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Helmut Kuschel might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rudolf Sebastiany. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Helmut Kuschel ran back to his position shaking his head. Tim Dietzsch took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rudolf Sebastiany. Rudolf Sebastiany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 89 minutes into the match, Oeverich's goalkeeper Rudolf Sebastiany had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tim Dietzsch. Roman Croy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Eggert Hertäg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rudolf Sebastiany. Eggert Hertäg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. When the match was over Greven United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Oeverich throughout the match.
