To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rufus Mendelsohn in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Michel saved Hoser from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Hoser's Hubertus Habbel got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Eberhard Anrute made a precise shot to the right of Karim Scheuerlein. Alflen FSV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 17 minutes into the match, Torge Honsel notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Alflen FSV's Karim Scheuerlein. Karim Scheuerlein was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Christoph Wolters spun around in front of the goal 21 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Hoser's goal. With a little luck, Alflen FSV's Karim Scheuerlein got control of the ball when Eberhard Anrute tried to sneak it across the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Alflen FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Torge Honsel came free, but Karim Scheuerlein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
